Active Shooter Training Set for Later This Month at OMS

Training is the key to being prepared for an active shooter situation in Franklin County, Jeff Richards said. Two free active shooter training sessions are scheduled for 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 30 at Ottawa Middle School, 1230 S. Ash St., Ottawa, Richards, Franklin County sheriff, said.
