Knoxville’s City Hall teamed up with local law enforcement to conduct active shooter training with ALICE Training’s options-based protocol.

The report recounts the benefits of this training for the police department and for city officials.  ALICE (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, and Evacuate) encourages preparedness as well as options-based action during a possible threat of an active shooter.
