Lives Saved by Quick Actions in Franklin Regional School Stabbing

Bravery and quick decisions saved countless lives during the stabbing at Franklin Regional School. First, Nate Scimio pulled the fire alarm which caused everyone to evacuate the building. Evacuation was the best option for avoiding danger during that specific situation in the school. Additionally, the assistant principal and school resource officer bravely apprehended the suspect and were able to get his weapons away from him. There were also reports of a woman who put pressure on a victim’s wounds, potentially saving the victim’s life.
