The Maynard Public Schools, in cooperation with the Maynard police and fire departments, have adopted a new strategy for school safety procedures known as the ALICE (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate) Training Plan. The Maynard Public Schools Safety Committee will present an overview of the program at 7 p.m., Nov. 19, in the Fowler School Assembly Hall, 3 Tiger Drive in Maynard, during the School Committee meeting.
