March 12, 2020-Medina, Ohio- ALICE Training®, NaviGate Prepared®, and SafePlans™ are navigating COVID-19 with you. Our commitment is to the safety and well-being of you, our staff, and our communities. We are following the recommendations and guidance from public health and government officials on our approach to mitigating risks.
As we adjust to new precautions together, here are a few actions we are taking:
We understand that safety does not have the luxury of pausing
We continue to deliver training and professional services as scheduled. We will be working with customers to implement creative, virtual training programs and/or reschedule commitments. Our software-based safety applications run virtually and will continue to perform without interruption.
We are committed to building safer tomorrows. We are implementing contingency plans to protect our staff, which allows them to work remotely. We will still be available to support our customers with implementations, training, or other needs. We are also curtailing travel to conferences, events, and mitigating risks to our staff and our communities.
As of now, we are delivering the training, technology, and services as scheduled. This situation is fluid and may change at any time. We will keep all parties up to date on any changes to this plan via email or phone communications. If a class is postponed due to COVID-19, we will provide a class credit valid for one year to all registrants to use at a later class date.
