Police to Train School Employees for Violence

The Cincinnati Police Department will offer free training for school employees that will cover active shooter situations, SWAT team responses and more. Trainers will also cover training in personal safety, observation and perceptions, and the ALICE (alert, lockdown, inform, counter, evacuate) program. Participants will learn the basic skill necessary to prepare for, report and deal with violence in the schools.
