This is a program developed by law enforcement professionals using lessons from high-profile shooting incidents. It’s being taught to schools and organizations all over to help better prepare them for a potential catastrophe. “We were able to learn about how to handle such a situation, and how to really be observant of the tools around us that we could use in such a situation,” said Angela Neria, Chief Info Officer PSU.
