St. Joseph teachers started their ALICE Training with a traditional lockdown. Teachers sat in the room and waited to see if the gunman would come in. 5th grade teacher Janice Korhumel says if this been a real shooting the gunman would have killed everyone. “The first scenario showed us that sitting there in a corner just waiting for someone to come in we’re like sitting ducks,” said Janice Korhumel a teacher at the school.
