Nearly 40 campus security officials took part in a seminar at Rhodes State College with a focus on unarmed campus security and janitorial staff and their role in crisis events. This seminar, funded by a grant from the Department of Justice, taught ALICE Training focused on topics including dealing with the mentally ill, handling a bomb threat, and responding to an active shooter.
