Southland School District- Adams, MN

Parents in the Southland School District Monday learned the new way schools are being taught to deal with active shooter situations. Amanda Kellogg, a mother of five, along with other parents came out to Southland High School in Adams to hear what their children are being told to do during a school shooting. It [ALICE] teaches students to be aware of their options like barricading inside a room or trying to escape, distracting the shooter if necessary.
