ALICE Portal LMS Admin Onboarding
First, check your Junk or Spam Folder. You can request that an invitation be resent to you by your ALICE Administrator at your organization. Also, if you know what email address the invitation was sent to, you can go to portal.alicetraining.com and set up an account using that specific email address, without needing the invitation link.
On the portal login page, you can click “Forgot password” to have a link sent to you to reset it.
Make sure popups are enabled in the browser you are using. Review this link for details.
Once the Course is Completed, a gold medal icon that says “Download Certificate” will appear. Download the certificate and share/print as needed.
Please ensure that all 6 modules have a green checkmark, including the Introduction + A,L,I,C,E. Most of the time, the Introduction is not fully complete. If you may have lost internet connectivity while completing the course, the completion status will be affected.
Depending on internet connectivity the completion status may take up to 20 minutes to update.

Some browser security settings prevent course content from executing the exit function. Please close out the browser window in the top corner of the browser.
