Sergeant Terry Moulder of Concord University says he and the university have picked a program that should have them best prepared for on campus shootings, students can call it Alice. “A.L.I.C.E. program is response options in case of an active shooter,” says Sergeant Moulder. “It stands for alert, lock down, inform, counter and evacuate.” With the recent college shootings at Delta State University and the memories of Virginia Tech always on his mind, Moulder just wants students to know what to do.
